This is From James  - It has been over a year since I walked away from the Investools experience.
To make a long story short, what they did was set me up with the TDAmeritrade group in NYC. Just before the earnings announcement. A woman from that group called me via telephone in relation to my ACH transfers to another bank. At the end on the conversation, the young lady mentioned that I was \"concentrated\" in BIDU and I should talk to the experts to find out how to correct this situation. I reasoned that I paid $19,000 for the course and they were giving me a warning specifically about BIDU. So I sold over 1,000 shares, (in other brokerage accounts as well). Shortly after the earnings, the stock exploded UPWARDS $59.00 per share. It quickly double after the 10 - 1 stock split.
I have been burdened with this ever since. $600,000 lost profits, \"whipp sawed\" when I tried to put the money back to work, and quite a chunk of it went to the IRS. (I had double my money several times in
BIDU).
